The workshop for Circuit (a 4-year programme to grow youth audiences via youth-led approaches in 8 locations/ 10 galleries around the country) was digested by one participant, Alice from Nottingham Contemporary, into this fabulous mind-map. I couldn’t have put it better myself!
It was a great start to the marketing focus of the project. We brought marketing people into the room with youth programming people, to consider their target youth audiences’ needs, ambitions and behaviours in the round. That created huge energy and ideas – and I look forward to lots of creative approaches to marketing for youth audiences as a result.
